My link poster stopped working with LJ yesterday*.
Oddly, it works when I run exactly the same code on my machine at home.
Which makes me think that it's a block on their end, possibly against the Google App Engine range of IPs.
But the support person who looked into it is denying that it's being hit by a block.
So, with the code not having changed in about three years, and it working fine from my machine is there _anything_ else it could be that I could suggest to their team?
The error is happening when the XML-RPC library I use calls the LJ back-end. Sadly, the only error message I get is:
Uncaught Exception: org.apache.xmlrpc.client.XmlRpcHttpTransportException: HTTP server returned unexpected status: OK
Last time this happened, it was DW-only (same error message) and it was fixed by
mark updating some Apache modules.
*Still works with Dreamwidth, and DW can still post to LJ, which is why my link posts are working fine. But it's blocking, for instance
nwhyte from getting his links posted.
